There have been a few bouts of illness this winter (our summer) but all are on the mend.  There were some deep waters for their church body, but God works to bring good in all things.

The church celebrated their 16th anniversary and is still growing.  They stand in awe at the good ways God takes care of them and meets their needs.  Snyder Bible Church increased their suppport in an effort to counteract the economy, you can view their thank you letter below.

Dear Snyder Bible Church family,

 Greetings from rainy Uruguay.  We’re just getting ready to make some “Tortas Fritas” (fried bread).  You are all invited.  It is very traditional to make tortas fritas when the weather is like this.  

 We’ve had a full school week and I think we are all tired.  Many of us have battled coughs, aches and fever this past week.  By tomorrow afternoon.  The rainy windy weather is to clear off.  Spring time should be soon and we’re hoping for renewed health and strength as well.

This Sunday will be our church’s 16^th anniversary.  It has been wonderful to see God at work over the years.  You have very much played a part in the ministry here.  Thank you for your increased support!  We trust God will lay up treasures to your account.  Your partnership is greatly valued.  We stand in awe at the ways God takes care of us.

I just looked at our records.  Your first support to us was in September of 1989!  That’s 21 years!  Thanks again for the investment you’re making with “eternity’s values in view”!
